Neil will be working in the General Support Department and closely with Manager &amp; Senior Consultant, Aaron Finlayson.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 120%;">Neil is a trained Computer Support Specialist and has a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology. As well, he is qualified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) and a CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 120%;">In his previous roles Neil has experience with both large companies and small businesses. As a Technical Systems Analyst with the Royal Bank of Canada, Neil worked with a technical support team to provide a test environment for RBC staff to train and test new applications. He also provided desk-side support for the maintenance of office desktops and servers.</span></p>
