    -     Lead Information Technologies and Legal Practice Management consultant with Ellwood Associates Inc since 1999.

    -    Manage and direct the General Service division of Ellwood Associates Inc.

    -     Developed a primary consultant role with local and international law firms. Closely involved with the 140 firms EAI consults with in General IT, Facilities Service, Practice Management and limited Litigation related support.

    -     Hardware, network and application consultant for document imaging projects for local and international law firms.

    -     General IT Consulting for litigation and investigation environment projects for DOJ and public legal firms.

    -     Development and implementation of forensic data collection service and litigation support methods.

    -    Consultant and IS manager for Ontario Legal Aid head office from 1996 – 1999. Projects included migration to Windows platform from Novel. IBM AS400 system migration, core network upgrade project and IS department management. Network and systems development for Amicus integration in regional and local offices.

    -     Network and installation consultant for Xerox 1994 – 1996 Legal Aid Network project. SES, Sun Solaris, NT and core network upgrade rollout. Oversee and implement hardware installations and training on site for 52 regional Legal Aid offices in Ontario.

    -     Consult and work directly with several Internet and Telco service providers including Bell Canada, Allstream, Radiant Communications, Google regarding internet services, Hosted Exchange and BES, email transcription and Mail filtering and Archiving solutions.

    -    Work closely with several hardware vendors and consult directly for our law firms in regards to Server, SAN, DAS workstation storage and backup solutions with Dell, HP, EMC and Equal Logic. Completed several courses in SAN and iSCSI set up and management.

    -     Assessment and implementation of emerging technologies for several client firms. Data service and storage, Virtual server hosting and Internet cloud based technologies. VMware and ESX training.

    -     General facilities consulting and project management for large and small law firm moves, transitions and relocations.

    Career Objective

    Continue working closely with and understanding law firms in order to align new and relevant information technology with legal business requirements and demands.

    Creating solutions through the establishment of fully planned I.T. projects and network infrastructures, including customer liaison, design, testing and successful implementation within budget, scope and strict timescales.
