- Assessed and recommended user specific needs for any new PC or laptop hardware or software upgrade, and reallocate old PC's in redeployment strategies.
- Created and maintained standard software images in DOS, Windows 9x, NT 4 Workstation and Windows 2000 Professional, as well as custom image profile for special rollout projects.
- Implementation of major LANDesk 6.4 rollout to 1000+ PC's, from installation on NT and Novell servers and worked with SQL 7 Server for the backend databases for it.
