    A+ Certification: 1st of 2 exams completed – 2009

    Experience

Ellwood Associates: Technology Specialist from 2005 to present

    -  Specializing in virus removal, hardware, and break/fix support.

Self Taught: 20+ years of computer building and repair for myself as well as friends and family. There has been a lot of trial and error over the years, but I’m always willing to learn from my mistakes. Thankfully, there are a lot less errors now than there used to be.

    Career Path

Continue to expand my knowledge in this field both with experimentation and a more classic classroom environment. Provide unparalleled service to our clients and ensure that there never is a need or want to look elsewhere for support. Research emerging technologies and find ways in which it can benefit our clients.

Taking the path less travelled has given me different experiences and as such, has required me to sometimes implement unorthodox solutions. I believe this has only expanded my arsenal when it comes to finding answers to the often bewildering troubles computers bring to our lives.
