    1999 – present
Freelance PC Software and Business Processes Consultant
Working mostly in the legal industry, I automate office processes using Microsoft Office applications and other software. This frequently involves managing the conversion of existing systems and processes, including data conversion, training and rollout of new procedures and troubleshooting.

    1995 – 1999
    Freelance Musician
I play saxophone, flute, clarinet and piano and made a living as a professional jazz musician in Toronto during these years. I still play whenever I can.

    1991 – 1995
Communications Assistant to The Hon. Dave Cooke,
Ontario Minister of Education and Training, Chair of Management Board Secretariat

I was the Minister’s representative for implementing the first Ministry of Education web site and was responsible for maintenance and content for part of the site.
I also handled direct-mail responses to petitions received by the Minister.

    1988 – 1991
