    As technical support to small businesses I provide analysis of technical needs related to business objectives and recommend solutions to meet those needs, including equipment upgrades, purchasing guidance, system builds, break/fix support, network administration, desktop software support, remote access and data backup.

    Royal Bank of Canada          Technical Systems Analyst                       2005 – 2007 

    In this role I worked with a team of technical personnel to support application developers with XP/2003 client/server test environments. Maintained server and workstation farms according to client specifications. Our team provisioned testing facilities that enabled a successful Windows 2000 to Windows XP roll out to over 80 thousand enterprise workstations. Provided training in Bank proprietary applications and culture.

    Epson Manufacturing Canada          Production Team Leader        1995-2001

    Managed production activities of 17 person production team, provided training on systems and tools to new members. Contributed to the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and the successful ISO implementation.
